Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Partners with Runwayz to Launch Career Platform Across All High Schools
Charlotte, NC — June 12, 2025 — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS), one of the nation’s largest urban school districts, has announced a district-wide partnership with Runwayz, an AI-powered career development platform, to equip every high school student with tools to explore careers, connect with employers, and prepare for life after graduation.
Starting Fall 2025, Runwayz will be deployed across all CMS high schools, providing more than 25,000 students with access to a mobile-first platform that supports career discovery, job matching, and personalized guidance.
