Role Overview:
We're seeking a driven and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our network of employer partners. You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new B2B leads with companies that want to recruit early talent through our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to HR and talent acquisition leaders
  • Qualify corporate leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
  • Manage CRM records and track pipeline performance
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine outreach strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on workforce trends and employer recruiting needs

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of sales or lead generation experience (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a high level of organization and persistence
  • Passion for workforce development and youth opportunity

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in HR tech, edtech, or talent platforms
  • Prior use of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.io
